Clothing designers are very keen to find design inspiration from the cultures of all ethnic groups around the world. Among them, the embroidery is highly respected for its rich art forms and expression techniques, prompting the embroidery elements to become an important trend in the application of traditional art culture and modern clothing design.This paper mainly discusses the application of embroidery in modern clothing design, and expounds the application of embroidery technology in clothing design teaching.
