摘要
数字化和模块化所催生的平台企业大量涌现,使得平台竞争问题成为近年来学术研究的重要议题。然而,国内既有的研究多聚焦于交易性平台(基于双边市场理论的经济学研究甚至将交易性平台作为单一研究对象)竞争战略问题,而对创新平台、特别是创新平台开放战略问题的研究和引介明显不足。基于此,在阐释创新平台开放性与开放战略分析框架的基础上,重点对开放战略静态选择、开放战略动态有效性以及开放战略生态影响的发展脉络和前沿进展进行系统的梳理,并提出未来该领域拓展研究的四个可能方向:创新平台互补品竞争战略、平台生命周期与创新平台开放战略的选择、环境因素与创新平台开放战略的匹配、融合质性数据与定量数据的研究方法创新,就显得尤为重要。
With the emergence of platform enterprises driven by digitalization and modularization,the strategy of platform competition has become an important topic of research in recent years.However,in China,existing research and literature reviews mainly focus on transaction platforms(economics research based on two-sided market theory even takes transaction platform as the only research object),while rarely focus on the research and introduction of innovation platforms,especially the opening strategy of innovation platforms.Therefore,on the basis of introducing the platforms opening strategy framework,this paper systematically combs the development logic and front-line progress of platform opening strategy selection,platform opening strategy dynamics,and ecosystem impacts of platform opening strategy.We finally identify four areas of future research:competition strategy of complementors,platform life cycle and opening strategy selection,fitness between environmental factors and opening strategy,and research method innovation based on the mix of qualitative data and qualitative data.
