高才达清热解毒活血散结方治疗寻常型痤疮临床疗效及对血清性激素水平、生活质量的影响

Curative effect of Gao Caida's Qingre Jiedu Huoxue Sanjie Formula on acne vulgaris and how it impacts on serum sex hormone levels and quality-of-life

目的观察高才达清热解毒活血散结方治疗寻常型痤疮的临床疗效及对患者血清性激素水平、生活质量的影响。方法将72例寻常型痤疮患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组36例予异维A酸软胶囊联合过氧化苯甲酰凝胶治疗,治疗组36例在对照组治疗基础上加高才达清热解毒活血散结方治疗。2组均治疗8周后统计疗效,比较2组治疗前后中医证候评分、痤疮综合分级系统(GAGS)积分、血清性激素[雌二醇(E_(2))、黄体生成激素(LH)、睾酮(T)]水平和生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)评分。结果治疗组总有效率94.44%(34/36),对照组总有效率77.78%(28/36),治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组中医证候各项评分和总分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组GAGS积分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组血清E_(2)、LH水平均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),T水平均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组E_(2)、LH水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),T水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组GQOLI-74心理功能、躯体功能、物质生活状态和社会功能评分均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论高才达清热解毒活血散结方治疗寻常型痤疮疗效确切,可有效改善患者症状,减轻皮损程度,促进皮损消退,调节血清性激素水平,提高生活质量。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Gao Caida's Qingre Jiedu Huoxue Sanjie Formula on acne vulgaris(AV)and how it impacts on serum sex hormone levels and quality-of-life.Methods Totally 72 AV patients were randomly divided into equal group,control group received isotretinoin soft capsule with benzoyl peroxide gel,and treatment group received Gao Caida's Qingre Jiedu Huoxue Sanjie Formula based on control group.Treated for 8 weeks,aiming to compare traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,Global Acne Grading System(GAGS),serum hormone[estradiol(E_(2)),luteinizing hormone(LH),testosterone(T)],generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI-74);the curative effect was counted.Results The total effective rates in treatment group were better than those in control group[94.44%(34/36)vs 77.78%(28/36),(P<0.05),respectively].After treatment,TCM syndrome scores in groups were decreased(P<0.05),treatment group was lower than control group(P<0.05);GAGS score in groups was decreased(P<0.05),which decreased in treatment group when compared with control group(P<0.05);serum E_(2) and LH in groups were increased(P<0.05),which were higher in treatment group than in control group(P<0.05);T in groups was decreased(P<0.05),treatment group was decreased in comparison with control group(P<0.05);GQOLI-74(psychologic function,physical function,material living,social function)scores in groups were increased(P<0.05),which were higher in treatment group than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For AV patients,Gao Caida's Qingre Jiedu Huoxue Sanjie Formula has a definite curative effect,which is effectively capable of improving symptoms,reducing skin lesions,promoting extinction of skin injury,regulating serum sex hormone levels,and improving quality-of-life.
