摘要
为解决YJ219滤嘴接装机烟条切割鼓轮中因切割槽内聚积烟末而影响烟条切口质量等问题,对烟条切割鼓轮进行了改进。在切割槽内增设内外隔环,在配气座的烟条中心位置增设腰圆槽,使烟条切割鼓轮中形成内部空腔和通道,利用鼓轮在旋转时形成的负压,及时清除切割烟条时产生的烟末。以石家庄卷烟厂使用的ZJ119卷接机组为对象进行测试,结果表明:(1)改进后烟条交接稳定可靠,切口平整,切割槽内烟末聚积量减少88.37%;(2)烟支外观质量缺陷剔除率降低1.04百分点,其中烟支夹末缺陷剔除占比降低50.28百分点。该方法可为提高卷接设备生产效率提供支持。
Tobacco dust building up in the knife slot of tobacco rod cutting drum might affect the appearance of the cut edge of tobacco rod, therefore the cutting drum in YJ219 filter assembler was modified. An inner spacing ring and an outer spacing ring are added in the knife slot and an oval groove is cut at the center position of tobacco rod in the air distribution block to form an internal chamber and a passage inside the cutting drum. The negative pressure formed by the drum rotation is used to expel the tobacco dust produced during tobacco rod cutting timely. The modified cutting drum was tested on a ZJ119 filter cigarette maker in Shijiazhuang Cigarette Factory, the results showed that: 1) Tobacco rod transfer was smooth and reliable, the cut edge of tobacco rod was clean and neat, and the tobacco dust remaining in the knife slot decreased by 88.37%. 2)The rejection rate of cigarettes with appearance defectives reduced by 1.04 percentage points, the percentage of dust-sandwiched cigarettes in the rejected cigarettes decreased by 50.28 percentage points. This method provides a support for promoting the production efficiency of filter cigarette maker.
