摘要
使用二氧化碳激光在40Cr钢表面熔覆Ni60合金,分别采用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、数显显微硬度计、纳米压痕仪对激光熔覆层的组织、成分、显微硬度和磨损性能进行研究。结果表明:在高能激光束的作用下,实现了Ni60合金粉末与40Cr基体良好的冶金结合;所制得的熔覆层表层组织致密,熔覆层与基体结合牢固,没有裂纹与气孔等缺陷,显微硬度明显提高,摩擦系数是基体的l/4,耐磨性得到较大提高。
This paper is going to coat Ni60 Alloy on 40Cr steel surface by carbon dioxide laser.The microstructure,composition,microhardness and wear properties of laser cladding layer were studied by scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffraction instrument,digital microhardness tester and nano indentation instrument.The results found that under the action of high-energy laser beam,the good metallurgical bonding between Ni60 alloy powder and 40Cr matrix is realized.The surface structure of the cladding layer is dense,the cladding layer is firmly bonded with the matrix,and there are no defects such as cracks and pores.The microhardness was significantly improved,and the friction coefficient is l/4 of the substrate,and the wear resistance was greatly improved.
