摘要
以一种斜拉桥钢箱梁梁外检查车为例,通过运用SAP2000有限元软件模拟实际情况,对斜拉桥钢箱梁梁外检查车不同工况下的力学性能进行分析研究。研究结果表明,检查车在实际工程荷载作用下的桁架支座反力、节点位移、应力比、桁架各杆件轴力值均满足实际工程要求。研究结果可以为检查车的设计与实际应用提供理论依据。
Taking an external inspection vehicle of steel box girder of cable-stayed bridge as an example,the mechanical properties of the external inspection vehicle of steel box girder of cable-stayed bridge were analyzed by using SAP2000 finite element software to simulate the actual situation,and the mechanical properties under different working conditions were studied.The results show that the reaction force of truss support,joint displacement,stress ratio and axial force values of truss members all meet the requirements of practical engineering.It provides theoretical basis for the design and practical application of inspection vehicle.
