脑损伤患儿应用神经节苷脂联合神经生长因子治疗的效果观察

摘要 目的 分析在脑损伤治疗中应用神经节苷脂联合神经生长因子的临床疗效。方法 86例脑损伤患儿,随机分为研究组与参考组,各43例。参考组采用胞磷胆碱治疗,研究组采用神经节苷脂联合神经生长因子治疗。比较两组症状恢复时间、治疗效果。结果 研究组治疗后原始反射恢复时间(4.32±0.45)d、肌张力恢复时间(4.16±0.89)d、意识恢复时间(2.53±0.95)d、吸吮能力恢复时间(4.69±1.25)d均短于参考组的(6.52±1.61)、(7.72±0.46)、(3.36±1.05)、(5.47±1.58)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率97.67%高于参考组的83.72%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在脑损伤的基础治疗中加用神经节苷脂联合神经生长因子能取得较好效果,可改善患者神经功能,缩短症状恢复时间,应用优势高于胞磷胆碱单药治疗。 Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of gangliosides combined with nerve growth factor in the treatment of children with brain injury.Methods A total of 86 children with brain injury were randomly divided into research group and reference group,with 43 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with citicoline,and the research group was treated with gangliosides and nerve growth factor.The symptoms recovery time and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the original reflex recovery time(4.32±0.45)d,muscle tone recovery time(4.16±0.89)d,consciousness recovery time(2.53±0.95)d,and sucking ability recovery time(4.69±1.25)d of the research group were all shorter than(6.52±1.61),(7.72±0.46),(3.36±1.05),and(5.47±1.58)d of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of brain injury treatment 97.67%of the research group was higher than 83.72%of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Adding gangliosides and nerve growth factor to the basic treatment of brain injury can achieve better results,improve the patient’s neurological function,shorten the recovery time of symptoms,and have a higher application advantage than citicoline monotherapy.
