中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡并上消化道出血的疗效观察

Observation on the efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of peptic ulcer with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage

目的 分析中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡并上消化道出血的疗效。方法 66例消化性溃疡并上消化道出血患者,按治疗方式不同分为参照组和研究组,每组33例。参照组行西医治疗,研究组行中西医结合治疗。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生情况、粪便隐血试验转阴时间、心率恢复正常时间。结果 研究组治疗总有效率96.97%高于参照组的81.82%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率3.03%低于参照组的21.21%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者粪便隐血试验转阴时间(3.11±0.85)d、心率恢复正常时间(1.11±0.35)d均短于参照组的(4.35±1.25)、(2.41±1.69)d,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 开展中西医结合治疗方案救治消化性溃疡并上消化道出血患者,提升治疗总有效率同时降低不良反应发生率,并缩短粪便隐血试验转阴时间、心率恢复正常时间,效果显著。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage of peptic ulcer.Methods A total of 66 patients with peptic ulcer and upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were divided into reference group and research group according to different treatment methods,with 33 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with western medicine,and the research group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Both groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse reactions,negative time of fecal occult blood test,and recovery time of heart rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 96.97%of the research group was higher than 81.82% of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 3.03%in the research group was lower than 21.21%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The negative time of fecal occult blood test(3.11±0.85)d and recovery time of heart rate(1.11±0.35)d in the research group were shorter than(4.35±1.25)and(2.41±1.69)d in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment has significant effect on patients with peptic ulcer and upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage,and can improve the overall efficiency of treatment while reducing the incidence of adverse reactions,and shorten the negative time of fecal occult blood test and recovery time of heart rate.
