针刺联合耳穴贴压治疗60例顽固性失眠患者的疗效观察

Observation on the efficacy of acupuncture combined with auricular point sticking in the treatment of 60 patients with intractable insomnia

目的 探讨针刺联合耳穴贴压治疗顽固性失眠患者的疗效。方法 60例顽固性失眠患者,均给予针刺联合耳穴贴压治疗。对比患者治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分,分析临床疗效。结果 60例患者治疗后入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠质量、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、催眠药物、日间功能评分及总评分分别为(0.88±0.24)、(0.87±0.19)、(0.82±0.16)、(0.82±0.20)、(0.92±0.24)、(0.65±0.16)、(0.80±0.32)、(5.76±1.97)分,均较治疗前的(2.18±0.49)、(2.24±0.38)、(2.09±0.28)、(2.19±0.32)、(2.42±0.25)、(2.11±0.26)、(2.12±0.21)、(15.35±3.02)分明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。60例患者治疗后痊愈21例,显效28例,有效8例,无效3例,治疗总有效率为95.0%,所有患者治疗过程中均未发生明显不良反应。结论 针刺联合耳穴贴压治疗顽固性失眠患者的临床疗效较好,对于改善患者的睡眠质量有重要意义,且较为安全,可作为一种可靠的治疗方式在临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss the efficacy of acupuncture combined with auricular point sticking in the treatment of 60 patients with intractable insomnia.Methods All 60 patients with intractable insomnia were treated with acupuncture combined with auricular point sticking.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores were compared before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy was analyzed.Results After treatment,the fall asleep time,sleep duration,sleep quality,sleep efficiency,sleep disturbance,hypnotic medication,daytime function score and total score were(0.88±0.24),(0.87±0.19),(0.82±0.16),(0.82±0.20),(0.92±0.24),(0.65±0.16),(0.80±0.32),and(5.76±1.97)points in 60 patients,which were significantly lower than(2.18±0.49),(2.24±0.38),(2.09±0.28),(2.19±0.32),(2.42±0.25),(2.11±0.26),(2.12±0.21),and(15.35±3.02)points before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,21 cases of 60 patients were cured,28 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective,and 3 cases were ineffective,with an total effective rate of 95.0%.No obvious adverse reactions occurred in all patients during the treatment.Conclusion Acupuncture combined with auricular point sticking has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of intractable insomnia,which is of great significance for improving the sleep quality of patients.It is relatively safe and reliable,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
