康复护理对提升维持性血液透析患者生存质量的效果

Effect of rehabilitation nursing on improving the quality of life of maintenance hemodialysis patients

目的 分析康复护理对提升维持性血液透析患者生存质量的效果。方法 65例维持性血液透析患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(32例)和观察组(33例)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组采取康复护理。比较两组患者干预前后生存质量、肾功能指标以及患者满意度。结果 干预后,观察组患者生存质量评分(93.56±3.21)分高于对照组的(83.12±3.01)分,血清白蛋白(33.45±4.53)g/L高于对照组的(31.21±3.21)g/L,血清尿素(11.41±1.11)mmol/L、肌酐(322.19±12.12)mmol/L均低于对照组的(22.56±3.55)mmol/L、(452.21±12.01)mmol/L,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度100.00%(33/33)高于对照组的75.00%(24/32),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 康复护理在维持性血液透析康复治疗中的应用效果确切,可提高患者满意度和改善患者肾功能,提升患者的生存质量,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of rehabilitation nursing on improving the quality of life of maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 65 cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients were divided into control group(32 cases)and observation group(33 cases)according to the random numerical table.Patients in the control group received conventional nursing,and patients in the observation group received rehabilitation nursing.The quality of life and renal function indexes before and after intervention,and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the quality of life score of the observation group(93.56±3.21)points was higher than(83.12±3.01)points of the control group,and the serum albumin(33.45±4.53)g/L was higher than(31.21±3.21)g/L of the control group,and the serum urea(11.41±1.11)mmol/L,creatinine(322.19±12.12)mmol/L were lower than(22.56±3.55)mmol/L,(452.21±12.01)mmol/L of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 100.00%(33/33),which was higher than 75.00%(24/32)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of rehabilitation nursing in the rehabilitation treatment of maintenance hemodialysis is exact,which can improve patient satisfaction,renal function,and quality of life of patients.It is worthy of promotion and application.
