柳宝诒托法运用举隅

Examples of LIU Baoyi’s experience of using the promoting method

晚清温病医家柳宝诒在治疗伏气温病中,首倡助阴托邪法,治疗伏邪始发,因肾阴虚不能托邪者;还擅用温经托邪法,鼓动阴中之阳,治疗少阴阴阳两亏,而邪机半伏半化者。并根据疾病本虚标实的特点,将外科常用之托法,拓展到治疗痢疾、疟疾,以及妇人产后病等正虚邪盛的疾病,对后世研究杂病治法极具启发意义。文章通过追溯托法之源流,分析了柳宝诒《惜余医案》《温热逢源》等著作中关于托法的学术思想和具体医案,并对后世医家对柳宝诒助阴托邪、温经托邪两法的运用、发挥等,进行了初步探析。

LIU Baoyi,a well-known doctor in the late qing dynasty,is good at treating warm disease.LIU Baoyi has pioneered the method of nourishing yin to expel the evil in the treatment of insidious pathogen warm disease with insufficient kidney yin.What’s more,LIU Baoyi also uses the method of warming yang to strengthen the healthy qi to expel the evil,in order to treat the disease with insufficient kidney yang.According to the similar pathogenesis of the diseases,as the deficiency in root and excess in manifestation,LIU Baoyi always uses promoting method,a therapeutic method commonly used in surgery,to treat diseases such as dysentery,malaria,as well as women’s after-abortion,the dangerous and serious diseases with deficiency of vital energy and insidious pathogen,which is of great inspiratory significance for the future research on the treatment of miscellaneous diseases.This paper traces the origin of promoting method,analyzes LIU Baoyi’s experience of using the promoting method,by studying his works,such as Xiyu medical records and Wenre fengyuan.What’s more,this paper also makes a preliminary analysis of the doctors of later generations on their application and creation of LIU Baoyi’s treating method of nourishing yin to expel the evil,as well as the method of warming yang to expel the evil.
