基于效能环的预警情报体系能力评估

Capability Evaluation of Early Warning Intelligence System-of-Systems Based on Intelligence Effectiveness Loop

针对预警情报体系能力评估问题,提出了一种基于情报效能环计算体系能力的改进方法。基于超网络理论将预警情报体系的实体及其相互间关系抽象为节点和网络流,利用情报效能环的数量和路径长度作为体系能力的评估指标;结合实际情况提出预警情报体系能力的计算方法,该方法既能保持大部分信息,又减少了计算量;在随机攻击和选择攻击模式下与现有方法进行比较,验证了所提方法的合理性。

As for the problem of capability evaluation of early warning intelligence system-of-systems,an improved approach based on the intelligence efficiency loop to compute the system-of-systems’ capability is proposed.Firstly,the entities of the early warning intelligence system-of-systems and their relationships are abstracted into nodes and network flows based on the super network theory,and the number and path length of the intelligence efficiency loop are used as the capability evaluation indicators.Secondly,a method for calculating the early warning intelligence system-of-systems’ capability is presented according to actual conditions,which could not only retain most of the information,but also reduce the amount of calculation.Finally,it is compared with the existing methods under the random attack and selective attack modes to verify the rationality of the proposed method.
