Effectiveness Evaluation of theWireless Communication Systemof People’s Armed Police

无线通信网是武警部队在执勤中应用最广、跨度指挥层级最多的通信手段之一,在通信指挥系统中具有不可或缺的重要地位。以武警部队各总队担负城市环境下重大活动安保任务为背景,在构建无线通信系统效能评估指标体系的基础上,运用层次分析法确定指标权重,利用模糊综合评价法构建效能评估模型,通过算例来验证该模型的有效性和可用性。

Wireless communication network is one of the most widely used communication means in People’s Armed Police in the field of duty and spreads most of the command levels.It plays an indispensable role in the communication command system.Based on the background ofeach corpsof People's Armed Police undertaking a security task of major events under the urban environment,and on the basis of constructing the effectiveness evaluation index system of the wireless communication system,the weight of the index is determined by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process,the effectiveness evaluation model is constructed by the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,an example is given to verify the effectiveness and availability of the model.
