Food inspection is scientific,rigorous and professional,including accident investigation,risk monitoring,emergency treatment and case search.The inspection results should be scientific and displayed to the society as proof.As the executor of the inspection and testing work,the testing organization needs to run through the characteristic of conformity in the inspection process,so that the food safety status can be intuitively displayed to the society.The test conclusion can be used as an important basis for the supervision department in the process of law enforcement,which is very important for the protection of food safety.The law enforcement department can safeguard the rights and interests enjoyed by food producers and operators in the process of production and operation or impose relevant penalties on illegal acts according to the test results.
