How to Implement Scientific Diet to Achieve a Healthy Weight Loss

摘要 当今社会,减肥受到人们的广泛关注,尤其是年轻人,瘦与美的捆绑越来越紧密。本文对持续摄入过量食物形成能量富裕进而导致肥胖的过程、减肥的实质是燃烧机体内脂肪作详细分析,并对科学膳食以达到健康减肥的具体措施提出一些建议,以探索健康减肥的途径。 In today’s society,weight loss has received widespread attention,especially among young people,and thinness and beauty are more and more closely tied.This article makes a detailed analysis of the process of continuous intake of excessive food to form energy wealth and then leads to obesity,and the essence of weight loss is to burn body fat.
