高效液相色谱-串联质谱法检测猪肝中硝基咪唑类药物残留量

Determination of Nitroimidazole Residues in Pig Liver by High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry

建立一种快速、准确检测猪肝中甲硝唑、甲硝唑代谢物、地美硝唑、二甲硝基咪唑-代谢物、洛硝哒唑和异丙硝唑类药物残留量的分析方法。样品通过甲醇提取,C_(18)柱净化,用ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18色谱柱分离,以0.1%甲酸水/甲醇梯度洗脱,液相色谱-串联质谱法进行检测。该方法灵敏度高、准确可靠,前处理快捷简便,重现性好。

Establishment of a rapid and accurate analytical method for the determination of metronidazole,2-hydroxymethyl-5-nitro-im-idazole-1-ethano,dimetridazole,1-methyl-5-nitro-1H-imidazole-2-methanol,ronidazole,ipronidazole in pig liver.The samples were extracted with methanol,cleaned up with a C_(18) column,separation with an ACQUITY UPLC BEH C_(18) column,elution with 0.1%formic acid water/methanol,and detection by liquid chromatographymass spectrometry.The method has high sensitivity,accuracy and reliability,rapid and simple pretreatment and good reproducibility.
