南宁市老年人食物营养认知及养老助餐服务需求分析 被引量:1

摘要 通过对南宁市老年人进行问卷调查和质性访谈发现,老年人对食物营养的认知存在一定误区,且助餐服务与老人需求有偏差,因此文章针对此问题提出了合理布局助餐服务点、丰富服务内容、配备专业营养师、增设娱乐设施及打破户籍界限等建议。 A questionnaire survey and qualitative interview were conducted among the elderly in Nanning,founding that there are some misunderstandings in the elderly’s cognition of food nutrition,and there is a deviation between the mealassisted service and the needs of the elderly.Therefore,some suggestions were put forward in this paper,such as reasonable layout of buffet service points,enrich service content,equipped with professional nutritionist,additional entertainment facilities,and breaking the threshold of registered residence and so on.
