摘要
目的应用瞬感扫描式葡萄糖监测系统(FSL-CGM)观察津力达颗粒治疗2型糖尿病患者血糖波动情况及临床疗效。方法选取2018年10月—2020年10月石家庄市人民医院诊治2型糖尿病患者60例,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。对照组予常规降糖药物,观察组在对照组基础上加服津力达颗粒,均连续治疗12周。观察2组患者治疗前后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA_(1c))、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C),计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR),FSL-CGM系统评估血糖目标管理时间(TIR)、血糖标准差(SD)、血糖变异系数(CV)、平均血糖波动振幅(MAGE)。比较2组临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(93.3%vs.73.3%,χ^(2)=4.320,P=0.038);与治疗前比较,治疗12周后2组FPG、2 hPG、HbA_(1c)、FINS、HOMA-IR水平均下降,且观察组低于对照组(t=3.951、4.269、3.453、3.395、4.820,P均=0.000);与治疗前比较,治疗12周后2组TIR升高,SD、CV、MAGE水平均下降,且观察组改善优于对照组(t/P=2.071/0.043、2.562/0.013、2.186/0.033、2.543/0.014);治疗12周后,观察组TG水平低于对照组(t/P=2.247/0.028),HDL-C水平高于对照组(t/P=3.162/0.002),TC、LDL-C比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组均未出现明显不良反应。结论津力达颗粒治疗2型糖尿病临床效果显著,可减少血糖波动性,平稳降低血糖,安全有效。
Objective To investigate the effects of Jinlida granules on glycemic variability in patients with type 2 diabetes by applying dynamic blood glucose monitoring.Methods From October 2018 to October 2020,60 patients with type 2 diabetes were diagnosed and treated in Shijiazhuang People’s Hospital,and they were divided into a control group(n=30)and an observation group(n=30)according to the random number table.The control group was given conventional hypoglycemic drugs,and the observation group was given Jinlida granules on the basis of the control group,and both were treated continuously for 12 weeks.Observe the fasting blood glucose(FPG)before and after treatment of the two groups of patients,2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),fasting insulin(FINS),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA_(1c)),triacylglycerol(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipid Protein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),calculation of insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR),FSL-CGM system to evaluate blood glucose target management time(TIR),blood glucose standard deviation(SD),blood glucose coefficient of variation(CV)),average blood glucose fluctuation amplitude(MAGE).The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(93.3%vs.73.3%,χ^(2)=4.320,P=0.038).Compared with before treatment,the levels of FPG,2 hPG,HbA_(1c),FINS,and HOMA-IR decreased in the 2 groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(t=3.951,4.269,3.453,3.395,4.820,all P=0.000).Compared with before treatment,TIR in the two groups increased,SD,CV,and MAGE levels decreased,and the observation group improved better than the control group(t/P=2.071/0.043,2.562/0.013,2.186/0.033,2.543/0.014).After treatment,the TG level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(t/P=2.247/0.028),and the level of HDL-C was higher than that of the control group(t/P=3.162/0.002).There was no significant difference between TC and LDL-C(P>0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion Jinlida granules have significant clinical effects in treating type 2 diabetes,which can reduce blood glucose volatility,lower blood sugar steadily,and are safe and effective.
