二甲双胍在口腔癌中的应用及研究进展

Application and research progress of metformin in oral cancer

研究发现二甲双胍可能在体内和体外具有抑制口腔癌细胞增殖、转移等特性,其在抗口腔癌细胞生长方面有很好的潜力。口腔癌等肿瘤的发病风险及病死率可在二甲双胍的作用下有所改善,主要是通过线粒体复合物Ⅰ、一磷酸腺苷活化蛋白激酶、雷帕霉素等多种生化机制抑制肿瘤细胞增殖和促进其凋亡,还通过抑制肿瘤细胞迁移和侵袭、协同抗癌药物治疗发挥抗肿瘤作用。文章就二甲双胍在口腔癌中的应用及作用机制研究进展作一综述。

Studies have found that metformin may have the properties of inhibiting the proliferation and metastasis of oral cancer cells in vivo and in vitro,and it has a good potential in resisting the growth of oral cancer cells.The incidence and mortality of oral cancer and other tumors can be improved under the action of metformin,mainly through the inhibition of tumor cell proliferation and proliferation through mitochondrial complexⅠ,adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase,rapamycin and other biochemical mechanisms.It also promotes its apoptosis,and also exerts anti-tumor effects by inhibiting tumor cell migration and invasion,and synergizing with anti-cancer drug treatment.This article reviews the research progress on the application and mechanism of metformin in oral cancer.
