新时代老年教育学学科建设的若干关键问题 被引量:16

Some Key Issues to Be Solved in the Construction of Geriatric Pedagogy in the New Era

摘要 老年教育学学科建设是新时代丰富老年教育内涵、深化老年教育理论、促进老年教育实践发展以及完善我国教育学学科体系的必然要求。当前我国老年教育学已具备学科成立的条件,但尚不成熟,亟需围绕老年教育学的概念界定、学科定位、学科性质、研究对象、研究范畴、体系构建和研究方法等核心问题进行厘定和论证。新时代老年教育学学科建设需要从四个方面着力:一是在根本思路上,要树立大教育学观,坚持问题意识和需求导向,解决好学科内在建制与外在建制的关系,并凸显出老年教育学中“学”的内涵。二是在主要任务上,要形成公认的话语表达方式,推进学科制度化建设和“学科群”建设,营造老年教育学学术共同体与文化氛围,推进学习型社会的“老化”教育研究。三是在学科关系处理上,要协调处理好老年教育学与相关学科、老年教育学与老年教育理论和实践之间的关系,以及处理好老年教育学的中西关系。四是在外部保障上,应从创建老年教育学会和专业研究机构、加强大学老年教育学系科建设、加强老年教育学图书和期刊出版等方面助力老年教育学学科建设。 The construction of the subject of geriatric pedagogy is an inevitable requirement for the enrichment of the connotation of geriatric pedagogy,the deepening of the theory of geriatric pedagogy,the development of geriatric pedagogy practice and the perfection of the subject system of pedagogy in China in the new era.At present,the conditions for establishing a discipline of geriatric pedagogy in China have not been mature yet,so it is urgent to define and demonstrate the core issues of geriatric pedagogy,such as the definition of the concept,subject orientation,subject nature,research object,research category,system construction and research methods.The construction of geriatric pedagogy in the new era needs to focus on four aspects.Firstly,for the basic idea,we should set up a grand pedagogy view,adhere to the problem consciousness and demand orientation,solve the relationship between the internal and external structures of the discipline,and highlight the connotation of“science”in geriatric pedagogy.Secondly,in terms of the main task,it is necessary to form a recognized way of discourse expression,promote the construction of discipline institutionalization and the construction of“subject group”,create an academic community and cultural atmosphere of geriatric pedagogy,and promote the study of“aging”education in a learning society.Thirdly,we should deal with the relationship between geriatric pedagogy and related subjects,geriatric pedagogy and the theory and practice of geriatric education,as well as the relationship between Chinese and western geriatric pedagogy.Fourthly,in terms of external guarantee,we should help the construction of geriatric pedagogy by establishing geriatric pedagogy academies and professional research institutions,strengthening the construction of geriatric education departments in universities,and strengthening the publication of geriatric education books and periodicals.
