补充维生素D对去势大鼠动脉粥样硬化的影响

Effect of Vitamin D Supplement on Atherosclerosis in Ovariectomized Rats

目的:研究低剂量补充维生素D对卵巢切除大鼠动脉粥样硬化相关指标的影响,为探索绝经后妇女补充维生素D对防治动脉粥样硬化性疾病是否有影响寻找依据。方法:将42只3月龄SD未孕雌性大鼠随机分为三组:对照组(假手术,普通饮食,灌胃生理盐水)、卵巢切除组(卵巢切除,高脂饮食,免疫损伤,灌胃生理盐水)、维生素D组(卵巢切除,高脂饮食,免疫损伤,灌胃维生素D)。11周后检测大鼠血清总血脂(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)等多项血液指标。结果:卵巢切除组TC、TG、CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、HDL-C、LDL-C七项血液指标检测结果均高于对照组(P<0.05)。卵巢切除组TC、TG、CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、HDL-C与维生素D组无显著差别(P>0.05);卵巢切除组LDL-C低于维生素D组。对照组肝脏、胸主动脉未出现明显改变,卵巢切除组、维生素D组出现明显的脂肪肝,胸主动脉观察到明显的动脉粥样硬化性病变。结论:维生素D可能不具有降低血清总血脂水平的作用,补充维生素D可能不具有预防绝经后妇女动脉粥样硬化性疾病作用。

Objective:To explore the effect of vitamin D on atherosclerosis in ovariectomized rats and to explore the effect of vitamin D supplement on prevention and treatment of atherosclerotic diseases in postmenopausal women.Methods:42 female with 3 month old SD rats were randomly divided into three group:control group(sham operation,common diet,gavage saline),ovariectomy group(ovariectomy,high fat diet,immune injury,gavage saline),vitamin D group(ovariectomy,high fat diet,immune injury,gavage vitamin D).The serum total blood lipid(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein(HDL-C),inflammation due to C reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and many other blood indicators were tested after 11 weeks.Results:The seven results:TC,TG,CRP,IL-6,TNF-α,HDL-C and LDL-C of the ovariectomy group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The TC,TG,CRP,IL-6,TNF-αand HDL-C were no difference between the ovariectomy group and the vitamin D group(P>0.05),and the LDL-C of ovariectomy group was lower than vitamin D group(P<0.05).There no obvious change of the control group in liver and thoracic aorta.Obvious fatty liver and atherosclerotic lesions in thoracic aorta was all found in ovariectomy group and vitamin D group.Conclusion:Vitamin D may not reduce the total serum lipid,and vitamin D supplementation may not have the prevention of atherosclerotic disease in postmenopausal women.
