能谱CT对于不同密度成分肺结节诊断的应用研究进展

摘要 随着肺结节的发病率不断增加,如何提高结节诊断率是临床实践中的热门话题。肺结节按密度成分不同分为实性结节、部分实性结节及磨玻璃结节,不同性质的肺结节恶性程度不同,其治疗方法也有所不同,正确定性结节良恶性及其浸润程度能够有效辅助临床治疗。常规CT一般是根据不同的形态学征象或增强模式来表征肺结节,鉴别诊断常比较困难。而在过去的几年里,能谱计算机断层扫描证明了其在鉴别组织特征方面的临床实用性。本文旨在概述胸部能谱CT在不同密度成分肺部结节的分类、分型方面的应用价值。
