青海省猪粪和油菜秸秆发酵菌种的筛选

摘要 为了筛选出适合青海省猪粪和油菜秸秆发酵的菌种,本研究采用好氧堆肥方法,以7株发酵微生物菌种为接种菌,以添加自来水为对照,设8个处理,对接种微生物菌种堆体的温度、pH、电导率及氮磷钾养分进行测定。结果表明:接种了米根霉和米曲霉的T1、T2在堆肥阶段温度上升快、高温持续时间长;堆肥结束后T1、T2的pH和电导率均达到有机肥腐熟标准,且全氮含量分别提高了14.13%、15.08%,全磷含量分别提高了59.78%、62.46%,全钾含量分别提高了53.26%、53.56%。本试验研究结果表明,米根霉和米曲霉是适合猪粪和油菜秸秆发酵的菌种。 Aerobic composting is used as the test method in this paper in order to screen out strains suitable for pig manure and rape straw fermentation in Qinghai.A total of 7 strains of fermentation microbial strains are used as inoculated bacteria,and tap water is added as control.Eight treatments are set up to determine the temperature,pH,electrical conductivity and nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium nutrients of inoculated microbial strains.The results show that T1 and T2 treatments inoculated with Rhizopus oryzae and Aspergillus oryzae increase rapidly that last a long time in the composting stage;the pH and conductivity of T1 and T2 treatments reach the maturity standard of organic fertilizer after composting.The content of total nitrogen is increased by 14.13%and 15.08%.The content of total phosphorus is increased by 59.78%and 62.46%.The content of total potassium is increased by 53.26%and 53.56%.The results show that Rhizopus oryzae and Aspergillus oryzae are suitable for the fermentation of pig manure and rape straw.
