摘要 实验室传统水浴锅试验是采用人工手动补水,这种补水方式具有不确定性,容易造成水浴锅干烧造成仪器损坏。针对以上问题,该文设计了一种基于单片机的智能控制系统,以低功耗、超强抗干扰的STC12C5A60S2单片机为主控制器,通过水位检测模块、电机驱动模块、显示模块及BT06蓝牙模块等主要硬件设计,结合C语言程序设计,实现水浴锅的自动补水智能监测系统。经过实物样机的测试结果表明,该系统可实现根据水位情况自动补水、声光报警提示、手机便携式监测等功能,对高校水浴锅试验的应用具有很好的推广前景。 Manual water replenishment is usually taken in the laboratory traditional water bath test,which is uncertain and easy to cause dry burning of the water bath and damage to the instrument.In view of the above problems,this paper designed an intelligent control system based on single chip microcomputer,with low power consumption,super anti-interference STC12 C5 A60 S2 as the main controller,through the water level detection module,motor drive module,display module and BT06 Bluetooth module and other main hardware design,combing with C language programming,so as to realize automatic water refill intelligent monitoring system for water system.The test results of the prototype show that the system can realize that automatic water replenishment according to the water level,sound and light alarm prompt,mobile phone portable monitoring and other functions,which has a good promotion prospect for the application of the university water bath experiment.
