白洋淀生态环境危机与治理的历史考察

Historical Investigation on Ecological Crisis and Governance of Baiyangdian

白洋淀素有“华北明珠”“华北之肾”之称,是京津冀地区重要的生态支撑。人类的不合理开发利用,使白洋淀遭受到水体污染、水源短缺、泥沙淤积以及生物多样性锐减等一系列生态环境危机,严重威胁白洋淀的存续。对此,党和政府高度重视、积极应对,通过采取有效举措使白洋淀生态环境状况逐步得到恢复和好转。白洋淀生态环境治理取得了来之不易的成绩,也走了不少弯路,积累了丰富的经验,在我国环境保护史上留下了十分宝贵的历史财富。

Baiyangdian, known as "pearl of North China" and "kidney of North China", is an important ecological support in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Due to the unreasonable utilization of human beings,Baiyangdian has suffered a series of eco-environmental crisis, such as water pollution, water shortage, sediment deposition and sharp decrease of biodiversity, which seriously threatens the survival of Baiyangdian. In this regard, the CPC attaches great importance to it and actively respond to it. By taking effective measures, the ecological environment of Baiyangdian has been gradually restored and improved. The ecological environment management of Baiyangdian has made hard-won achievements and many detours, accumulating rich experiences and lessons in both positive and negative aspects, which leaves valuable historical wealth in the history of environmental protection in our country.
