校园安全事件良性演化的影响因素研究——基于20个案例的模糊集定性比较分析

Study on Influencing Factors of Benign Evolution of Campus Safety Incidents Based on Fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis of 20 Cases

本文基于20个案例的模糊集定性比较分析,探讨影响校园安全事件良性演化的因素。研究发现,家长负面情绪和政府信息发布及时性是校园安全事件演化为次生社会安全事件的必要条件,家长负面情绪和学校应急处置是这一演化过程的核心要素;政府应急处置、传播属性和事件属性的作用效力有限。因此,有效的校园安全事件应急管理必须做到第一时间缓解家长的负面情绪,学校第一责任人在第一时间主动响应,开诚布公回应家长与社会的关切。

Based on the fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis of 20 cases,in this paper,factors influencing the benign evolution of campus safety incidents were discussed.The results show that the parental negative emotion and government information timeliness are the necessary conditions that cause campus safety incidents evaluate into secondary social security events,the parental negative emotion and school emergency response are the core elements of this evolution process,and the effect of government emergency response,transmission attribute and event attribute are limited.Therefore,the effective emergency management to campus safety incidents must alleviate the negative emotions of parents in the first time,and the school's first responsible person should take the initiative to respond to the concerns of parents and society in the first time.
