基于HAZOP-LOPA分析方法的乙炔脱水工艺危险性分析 被引量:3

摘要 为提高乙炔脱水工艺的安全性,本文采用HAZOP与LOPA结合的方法对乙炔脱水工艺的气液分离单元进行危险性分析。由HAZOP定性分析得到流程中分离罐V-202存在较大危险性,通过LOPA定量分析得到分离罐V-202危险发生的概率为2.5×10^(-4),风险等级为高;针对分析结果提出在分离罐V-202处增设独立的压力变送器、开关阀和压力报警装置,在气相出口管道处增设独立的压力变送器及开关阀的预防措施,将危险发生的概率降低至2.5×10^(-7),风险等级降为低。结果表明:HAZOP-LOPA分析方法对乙炔脱水工艺危险性评价具有可行性,能够有效保障乙炔脱水工艺的生产安全。 In order to improve the safety of the acetylene dehydration process,a hazard analysis on the gas-liquid separation unit of the acetylene dehydration process was carried out using a combination of HAZOP and LOPA.The HAZOP qualitative analysis shows that separation tank V-202 in the process has a high risk,and the LOPA quantitative analysis shows that separation tank V-202 has an accident occurrence probability of 2.5×10^(-4),which is a high risk level.The accident occurrence probability was reduced to 2.5×10^(-7) and the risk level was reduced to low by adding independent pressure transmitter,switching valve and pressure warning unit in the separation tank V-202 and adding independent pressure transmitter and switching valve at the gas phase outlet conduit.The results show that the HAZOP-LOPA analysis method is feasible to evaluate the hazard in the acetylene dehydration process and can effectively guarantee the production safety of the acetylene dehydration process.
