摘要
为解决集团公司对子公司安全管理评价存在的问题和不足,进一步完善集团安全管理评价模型,本文基于AHP和TOPSIS计算方法,建立由4个一级评价因子与20个二级评价因子组成的集团公司安全管理评价模型。通过实例应用的验证,证明该模型相较传统检查表法,层次更清晰、评价维度更全面。结果表明:集团安全管理评价模型可根据评价结果得出评价对象的安全薄弱环节,为集团公司制定相应的改善措施及对子公司的安全绩效考核提供科学的决策依据。
In order to solve the problems and deficiencies of the safety management evaluation of the group's subsidiaries,and further improve the group's safety management evaluation model,based on AHP and TOPSIS calculation method,research on the safety management evaluation model by model establishment and case application.Firstly,AHP and TOPSIS are introduced to solve the weight distribution of multiple evaluation levels and the ranking of multiple evaluation factors.Secondly,the safety management evaluation model of group company is established,which is composed of 4 first level evaluation factors and 20 second level evaluation factors.Finally,through the verification of the example application,compared with the traditional checklist method,the model has clearer hierarchy and more comprehensive evaluation dimensions.The results show that the group safety management evaluation model can get the safety weak links of the evaluation object according to the evaluation results,and provide scientific decision-making basis for the group company to formulate corresponding improvement measures and the safety performance evaluation of its subsidiaries.
