玄武岩长丝/涤纶交织物阻燃性能测试与研究 被引量:3

摘要 为系统地了解和应用阻燃性能较好的玄武岩长丝/涤纶交织物,对玄武岩纤维的结构、性能与应用情况进行简要介绍,设计研发3种织物组织的玄武岩长丝/涤纶短纤纱交织物与玄武岩长丝/涤纶长丝交织物,并对其织物厚度和阻燃性能进行测试与分析。结果表明:平纹交织物最薄,3/1斜纹交织物最厚,相同条件下玄武岩长丝/涤纶短纤纱交织物的厚度大于玄武岩长丝/涤纶长丝交织物;交织物垂直燃烧时,阴燃时间为0 s,续燃时间均不超过2 s,损毁长度为0~5 mm,交织物水平燃烧时,火焰蔓延速率和蔓延距离均为0,织物不燃,可应用于阻燃服装。 In order to systematically understand and apply basalt filament/polyester interwoven fabric with good flame retardant performance, the structure, performance and application of basalt fibers are briefly introduced. The interwoven fabrics of basalt filament/polyester staple yarn and basalt filament/polyester filament with three fabric structures is designed and developed, and the fabric thickness and flame retardant performance are tested and analyzed. The results show that the plain fabric is the thinnest and the 3/1 twill fabric is the thickest. Under the same conditions, the thickness of interwoven fabric made by basalt filament/polyester staple yarn is greater than that of basalt filament/polyester filament interwoven fabric;When the interwoven fabric burns vertically, the smoldering time is 0 s, the continuous burning time is no more than 2 s, and the damage length is 0-5 mm. When the interwoven fabric burns horizontally, the fire spread speed and spread distance are 0, and the fabric is non-combustible, which can be used in flame retardant clothing.
