摘要
随着城市化的快速发展,深圳城市人口不断增加,高密度城市环境对教育资源配置的要求逐步提高,为应对日益增长的就学需求,高容积率学校的建设成为新的趋势。然而,不少建筑师及学者对此趋势提出质疑,此类有限用地下的极致探索是否是解决高密度城市就学需求激增的唯一途径。本研究针对此问题,选取与深圳市毗邻的、同为高密度环境但教育发展较为领先的香港地区为例,通过对二者城市小学相关规范及指标的对比分析研究,以期在规范指标方面为后续将要大量建设的基础教育设施提供更多的参考依据。
The urban population of Shenzhen is increasing with the rapid development of urbanization.The environment of high-density city has more demanding requirements for the allocation of education resources.Thus,the school has been constructed with more and higher plot ratio to meet increasing demand for education.However,some architects and scholars questioned that whether the ultimate exploration of limited underground is the only way to solve the surge of demand for education in high-density city.In view of this problem,this paper selects Hong Kong,which is adjacent to Shenzhen,also is high density environment but has a leading education development,as an example.By comparative study on the relevant norms and indicators of primary schools in Shenzhen and Hong Kong,the paper provides more reference for the subsequent construction of basic education facilities in terms of norms and indicators.
