城市更新中历史街区空间文脉层叠化延续策略探究--以上海番禺路历史街区为例

Exploration on the Strategies for the Continuation of the Spatial Context of Historical Blocks in Urban Renewal:A Case of Panyu Road Historic District in Shanghai

上海有许多历史悠久、文化底蕴深厚的历史街区,在城市发展过程中具有重要价值。然而在城市建设进程中,如何平衡历史地块的保护与城市发展的需求成为新的难题。本文以上海市长宁区番禺路历史街区为例,通过对街区空间特征的分析,梳理出街区在现阶段更新中,虽然保留了许多历史建筑,但存在历史文脉片段化、历史建筑未被有效利用的问题。并针对该问题从街区肌理与尺度、路网格局、空间界面、建筑风貌四个方面提出空间文脉延续策略,使历史街区在延续其空间文脉的同时融入现代城市,从而焕发新的活力。

There are many historic districts with a long history and profound culture in Shanghai,which are of great value in the process of urban development.However,in the process of urban construction,how to balance the protection of historical plots with the needs of urban development has become a new problem.Taking Panyu Road historical block in Changning District of Shanghai as an example,this paper analyzes the spatial characteristics of the block,and points out that the historical context is fragmented and the historical buildings are not effectively utilized.In view of this problem,this paper puts forward the strategy of space context continuation from four aspects of block texture and scale,road network pattern,space interface and architectural style,so as to make the historical block integrate into the modern city while maintaining its space characteristics,so as to radiate new vitality.
