基于交通安全的开放式老旧住区适老化策略研究--以合肥市西园新村为例

Study on Aging Strategy of Open Old Residential Area Based on Traffic Safety:A Case of Xiyuan New Village in Hefei

开放式老旧住区是城市居住空间的重要组成部分,其中居民老龄化的比例也相对其他类型住区高。本文从开放式老旧住区外部空间中老年人的日常活动安全性需求出发,以合肥市西园新村为例,对开放式老旧住区的道路、休憩活动空间、景观空间和空间导视标识做了调查分析,并提出交通系统整体的适配重整、安全系统稳固、设施辅助系统和空间利用维度等改造优化策略。

The open old residential area is an important part of urban residential space,in which the aging rate of residents is also higher than other types of residential areas.Starting from the safety needs of the elderly in the external space of the open old residential area,this paper takes Xiyuan new village in Hefei as an example to investigate and analyze the roads,recreational space,landscape space and space guide signs of the open old residential area,and puts forward the overall adaptation and reorganization of the traffic system,the stability of the safety system,the auxiliary system of facilities and the dimension of space utilization,and other optimization strategies.
