摘要
本研究选取打浆度为23°SR天丝纤维与阔叶木纤维为原料配抄制备滤纸,通过浆内添加发泡剂和表面涂布纤维素纳米纤丝(CNF)的方法优化滤纸的过滤性能,并对滤纸的物理及过滤性能等进行了研究。结果表明,当天丝纤维质量分数为60%时,制备的滤纸对PM2.5的过滤效率达98.97%,过滤阻力为146.7 Pa,品质因子为0.3119 Pa^(-1),此时滤纸过滤性能最佳。
In this study,the air filter paper was prepared using the Tencel fiber(beating degree 23°SR)as the raw material together with hardwood fiber improving the strength of air filter paper. The filtration performance of the prepared filter paper was then optimized through adding foaming agent in the pulp and coating cellulose nanofilament(CNF)on the surface and the physical and filtration performance of the air filter paper were further studied. The results showed that the air filter paper with Tencel fiber mass fraction of 60% possessed a filtration efficiency for PM2.5 of 98.97%,a decreased resistance pressure of 146.7 Pa,and a quality factor of 0. 3119 Pa^(-1),exhibiting the best filtration performance.
