摘要
地理标志具有准公共物品属性,基于集体行动视角,对生产者机会主义行为治理机制进行分析。研究结果表明:将地理标志农产品生产者纳入集体行动治理,通过集体生产和集体销售,能够提高地理标志农产品的质量,降低消费者的信息不对称,从而实现地理标志农产品的优质优价,提高生产者的利润水平。因此,应将地理标志农产品生产者的治理主体确立为协会或者合作组织,而机会主义行为治理的前提是生产者在利益的驱动下自愿接受行为规制,成员资格化和生产标准化是实现集体行动目标的重要手段。
Geographical indications have the attribute of quasi-public goods. From the perspective of collective action, this paper analyzes the governance mechanism of producer opportunism. The results show that taking GI agricultural producers into collective action governance can improve the quality of GI agricultural products and reduce the information asymmetry of consumers through collective production and collective sales, to realize the high quality and high price of GI agricultural products and improve the profit level of producers. Therefore, the main body of production and operation of agricultural products of geographical indications should be established as associations or cooperative organizations. The premise of opportunistic behavior governance is that produces voluntarily accepted behavior regulation driven by interests. Membership and production standardization are important means to achieve collective action goals.
