国际化视角下的闽江MBA特色教学研究

Research on Minjiang MBA Characteristic Teaching from the Perspective of Internationalization

近年来,我国的MBA项目发展呈现规模趋势,办学形式多样化。但在国际化视角下,各院校的MBA项目发展水平参差不齐,如何有效提升MBA项目的教学水平、完善MBA教育,形成独具特色的中国模式是各培养单位深入研究的问题。研究着力于升的实践成功结合闽江MBA项目的教育质量提升的实践,分析和总结国内外MBA项目教育质量提经验及未来发展方向,结合我校MBA项目教学特点,提了应建立科学化的MBA课程体系、建设高水平的MBA师资队伍、完善MBA项目质量评价体系指标、探索“产—学—研—用”四位一体MBA培养模式等对策措施,进而为MBA项目的“闽江MBA”特色教学与质量提升提供思路。

In recent years,The development of China’s MBA program has shown a trend of scale,with diversified forms of running schools.However,from the perspective of internationalization,the development level of THE MBA program of various institutions is uneven.How to effectively improve the teaching level of MBA program,improve THE MBA education,and form a unique Chinese model is the problem of in-depth research by each training unit This research focus on combining the practice of the Minjiang MBA education quality improvement,analyzing and summarizing the practice of MBA education quality improvement project successful experience at home and abroad and the future development direction,combined with our school’s MBA programme teaching characteristic,mention the MBA curriculum system should establish the scientific construction of a high level of MBA teaching staff perfect quality evaluation index system of the MBA program To explore countermeasures such as production-learning-research-application MBA training mode,and then provide ideas for the characteristic teaching and quality improvement of Minjiang MBA program in our college.
