“双创”背景下地方本科院校经管类专业的实践教学改革探索——以闽南科技学院为例

Exploration of the Practical Teaching Reform of Economics and Management Majors in Local Undergraduate Colleges under the Background of"Double Innovation"——Take MinnanScience and Technology University as an Example

地方本科院校着重于培养面向当地区域经济主体最前线的创新应用型人才。基于“双创”背景下地方本科高校经管类专业人才的培养目标,以闽南科技学院为例,分析地方本科院校经管类专业实践教学的现状,校企合作模式下加强实践基地建设,模块化实验教学模式下加强实验室建设,“以赛促学”模式下加强专业学会建设,提出创新“双创”背景下的实践教学模式,完善实践教学制度,提升实践教师队伍教学素养,构建实践教学专业群,优化实践教学硬件建设等对策建议。

Local Undergraduate Colleges and universities focus on cultivating innovative and applied talents facing the forefront of local regional economic subjects.Based on the training objectives of economics and management professionals in local undergraduate colleges and Universities under the background of"entrepreneurship and innovation",taking Minnan University of science and technology as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of practical teaching of economics and management majors in local undergraduate colleges and universities,strengthens the construction of practice base under the mode of school enterprise cooperation,strengthens the construction of laboratory under the mode of modular experimental teaching,and strengthens the construction of professional societies under the mode of"promoting learning through competition".This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as innovating the practical teaching mode under the background of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation",perfecting the practical teaching system,improving the teaching quality of practical teachers,constructing the professional group of practical teaching,and optimizing the construction of practical teaching hardware.
