摘要
基于MIKE模型对杭州至富阳城际铁路段道路进行防洪评价,就新建的桥梁建筑物对河道防洪效果的影响进行定量、定性分析。结果表明顺水流方向布置的桥墩会对附近局部水位和水流及河床冲淤产生变化,但影响限于局部,对行洪及河势稳定影响较小,不会影响流域的整体防洪规划。对于实际工程可降低桥墩的承台顶高程以便减少占用水域面积,同时设置混凝土护脚。该方案可为类似工程建设和防洪评价提供参考。
Based on Mike model,this paper evaluates the road flood control of Hangzhou Fuyang intercity railway section,and makes a quantitative and qualitative analysis on the impact of the proposed new bridge buildings on the river flood control effect.The results show that the piers arranged along the flow direction will change the local water level,flow and riverbed erosion and deposition nearby,but the impact is limited to local areas,has little impact on flood discharge and river regime stability,and will not affect the overall flood control planning of the basin.For the actual project,the top elevation of the pier cap can be reduced to reduce the occupied water area,and the concrete foot protection can be set at the same time.The scheme can provide reference for similar engineering construction and flood control evaluation.
