摘要
随着一体化泵站应用的逐步广泛,具有生产效率高、运行成本低的自控系统的运用为大势所趋,以石门河水环境提升建设项目中一体化泵站PLC自控系统的设计为例,介绍了PLC控制工作流程图、主控模块工作原理、软件设计、硬件选配,为一体化泵站的自动化提供解决方案。
As the application of integrated pump station is gradually widespread,the application of automatic control system with high production efficiency and low operation cost is the general trend.Taking the design of PLC automatic control system of integrated pump station in the water environment upgrading construction project of Shimen River as an example,this paper introduces the working flow chart of PLC control,the working principle of main control module,the design of software and the selection of hardware,which provides a solution for the automation of integrated pump station.
