浅谈水库移民信息化发展方向

Talking about the development direction of reservoir resettlement informatization

新时代下数字化、智慧化已是当前全球信息技术发展和变革的必然趋势,随着水利水电工程移民投资的不断加大,水库移民越来越受到国家的重视,水库移民的社会效益和经济效益并重,如今移民的整体素质提升,维权意识提高,对移民工作提出了新要求,因此加强监督评估,大力发展移民信息化势在必行。目前移民信息化的发展方向众多,对目前研究现状进行了总结,大致概括为信息采集技术、信息整合平台、信息管理系统和移民监督评估系统4个部分,分别对应水库移民工作的各个阶段简要说明了信息化技术的应用对移民工作效率的提升。

In the new era,digitization and intelligence are the inevitable trend of the current global information technology development and transformation.With the continuous increase of water conservancy and hydropower project resettlement investment,reservoir resettlement has been paid more and more attention by the state.The social and economic benefits of reservoir resettlement Equally important,the overall quality of immigrants has been improved and their awareness of rights protection has increased,which has put forward new requirements for immigration work.Therefore,it is imperative to strengthen supervision and evaluation and vigorously develop immigration informatization.At present,there are many development directions of resettlement informatization.This paper summarizes the current research status,which is roughly summarized as four parts:information collection technology,information integration platform,information management system and resettlement monitoring and evaluation system,which correspond to the various stages of reservoir resettlement work and The application of information technology has briefly explained the improvement of immigration work efficiency.
