Construction of Government Data Sharing Mechanism Under Big Data Environment

本文研究和分析了政务数据资源共享对社会发展的作用以及当前政府在政务数据资源整合共享建设过程中存在的问题,提出了政府在政务数据资源整合共享建设过程中要加强顶层设计、完善管理机制、统一技术实施方案等建议。

This paper studies and analyzes the role of government data resource sharing on social development and the problems existing in government data resource integration and sharing,and puts forward some suggestions that the government should strengthen the top-level design,improve the management mechanism and unify the technical implementation scheme in the process of government data resource integration and sharing.
