产城融合视角下新型研发机构发展路径研究--以常州市为例

Research on the Development Path of New R&D Institutions from the Perspective of Industry-City Integration--Taking Changzhou City as an Example

本文对常州新型研发机构的现状进行阐述,从常州新型研发机构取得的成效、建设模式以及存在的不足三方面展开分析,并提出高质量发展路径:完善新型研发机构的制度建设;发挥政府功能,实现机制强突破;强化市场作用,推进市场化运行;实施品牌化、规模化和国际化战略。

This paper expounds the status quo of the new R&D institutions in Changzhou City,analyzes the achievements,construction mode and shortcomings of it,and proposes the high-quality development path,including improving the system construction of the new R&D institutions,giving full play to government functions to achieve a strong breakthrough in the mechanism,strengthening the role of the market and promoting market-oriented operation,implementing branding,scale and internationalization strategy.
