网络结构分析视角下的新冠防控国际合作研究模式解读

Interpretation of the Research Mode of International Cooperation on COVID-19 Prevention and Control from the Perspective of Network Structure Analysis

[目的/意义]旨在识别新冠肺炎研究领域重点演变以及各国科研合作整体的情况。[方法/过程]通过从LitCovid和PubMed数据库中获取相关文献信息,采用动态网络分析,探究各国科研合作研究倾向的变化以及科研网络结构变化。[结果/结论]新冠疫情研究领域重点集中在预防、治疗两个方面;合作国家主要以中美英意四国为主,合作网络整体结构、层级结构随疫情发展逐渐复杂,合作关系增多,存在去中心化趋势;各国合作科研攻关研究重点大多重合,但在案例报告、传播等方面侧重有较大的差异。

[Purpose/significance]The paper is to identify the evolution of priorities in COVID-19 research field and the overall state of scientific research collaboration across countries. [Method/process] The paper extracts the relevant documents from LitCovid and PubMed databases,and explores the changes of research tendency and network structure of scientific research cooperation in various countries by dynamic network analysis. [Result/conclusion] The research on COVID-19 focuses on prevention and treatment. The cooperative countries are mainly China,the United States,the United Kingdom and Italy. With the development of the epidemic,the overall structure and hierarchical structure of the cooperative network have become more complex,the cooperative relations have increased with the trend of decentralization. Most of the cooperative research focuses overlap,but there are great differences in case report,communication and other aspects.
