基于耦合模型的公共图书馆与城市经济水平协调度研究——以辽宁省为例

Research on Coordination Degree Between Public Library and Urban Economic Level Based on Coupling Model: Taking Liaoning Province as an Example

[目的/意义]探究辽宁省各市公共图书馆发展状况与当地经济水平的协调程度与发展差异,为辽宁省图书馆事业发展提供有效可行的建议。[方法/过程]选取具有代表性的图书馆发展状况与各市经济水平的评价指标,并使用熵值法计算各指标权重。以耦合作用机理与耦合协调度计算模型作为理论基础搭建模型,最后使用2011年和2019年辽宁省各市数据进行实证分析。[结果/结论]目前辽宁省多数城市图书馆发展状况与当地的经济水平发展协调程度较2011年有明显增长,但城市与城市之间两者的耦合协调度差距仍然存在,辽宁省政府应当针对各市经济水平状况不同,对经济发展较为落后的部分市的公共图书馆事业进行扶持,以促进两者协调发展。

[Purpose/significance]This paper explores coordination degree and development differences between public libraries’ development status in each city of Liaoning province and local economic level,to provide effective and feasible suggestions for library development in Liaoning province. [Method/process]The representative evaluation indexes of library development status and economic level of each city are selected,and the entropy method is used to calculate each index weight. The model is built on theoretical basis of coupling mechanism and calculation model of coupling coordination degree. Finally,the data of cities in Liaoning province in 2011 and 2019 are used for empirical analysis. [Result/conclusion] At present,the coordination degree between development status of libraries in most cities of Liaoning province and local economic development level has increased significantly compared with 2011,but coupling coordination degree gap between cities and cities still exists. The government of Liaoning province should support public library of some cities with backward economic development in order to promote coordinated development of the two.
