突发公共卫生事件中网络用户信息转发行为影响因素探究——以“新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情”话题为例

Research on the Influencing Factors of Network Users’ Information Forwarding Behavior in Public Health Emergencies: Case Study of COVID-19

[目的/意义]探究公共卫生事件网络信息转发行为的影响因素,有利于制定更具针对性的公共卫生事件信息服务政策,促进互联网环境健康发展。[方法/过程]通过对突发公共卫生事件关注的网络用户进行半结构化访谈收集文本资料,基于扎根理论对访谈收集到的资料进行开放性编码、主轴编码和选择性编码。[结果/结论]通过分析共得到77个概念,31个副范畴和12个主范畴,构建突发公共卫生事件网络用户信息转发行为影响因素理论模型,研究发现用户因素、信息因素、信源因素、疫情发展影响突发公共卫生事件中用户信息转发行为。基于以上分析,提出规范信息发布、针对性推送、多形式推送、策划主题活动的建议,以提高突发性公共卫生事件网络信息质量,保障用户对于突发性公共卫生事件网络信息认知的正确性,促进社会和谐发展。

[Purpose/significance]Exploring the influencing factors of network information forwarding behaviors of public health events is conducive to formulating more targeted information service policies of public health events and promoting the healthy development of the Internet environment. [Method/process] The paper collects textual data through semi-structured interviews with Internet users concerned about public health emergencies,and carries out open coding,axial coding and selective coding on the data collected from interviews based on grounded theory. [Result/conclusion] Through analysis,it obtains a total of 77 concepts,31 sub-categories and 12 main categories,constructs a theoretical model of the factors affecting network users’ information forwarding behavior in public health emergencies,and finds out that user factors,information factors,sources factors and epidemic development affect users’ information forwarding behavior in public health emergencies. Based on the above analysis,it puts forward suggestions on standardizing information release,targeted push,multi-form push,and planning theme activities,so as to improve the quality of network information about emergent public health events and ensure that users have the correct understanding of network information about emergent public health events,and promote the harmonious development of society.
