基于Oncomine数据库荟萃分析SEPT2在结直肠癌中的表达及临床意义

Meta-analysis of expression and clinical significance of SEPT2 in colorectal cancer based on Oncomine database

目的阐述SEPT2在结直肠癌(CRC)中的表达及意义。方法应用Oncomine数据库挖掘关于SEPT2的信息,并对挖掘的资料进行二次分析,对其在结直肠癌组织中的表达情况进行荟萃分析,同时在TCGA数据中进行生存分析验证预后相关性。结果Oncomine数据库中共收集了438个不同类型的研究结果,共有13个研究涉及SEPT2在结直肠癌组织和癌旁正常组织中的表达,共1139个样本,与癌旁正常组织比较,SEPT2在结直肠癌组织中高表达(P=2.45×10^(-4))。在TCGA CRC的研究中,SEPT2的mRNA表达量与结直肠癌总体生存率存在相关性,即在随访至313 d之前SEPT2表达情况与患者总体生存率无明显差异(P=0.3764),而313 d之后SEPT2高表达的患者预后较差(P=0.0414)。结论通过深入挖掘Oncomine数据库中关于结直肠癌相关基因芯片的信息发现,SEPT2在结直肠癌组织中高表达,且与患者的预后相关,为今后结直肠癌患者预后的判断提供依据,同时也为相关肿瘤药物的研发提供重要理论依据。

Objective To describe the expression and significance of SEPT2 in colorectal cancer(CRC).Methods The Oncomine database was used to search information about SEPT2.The extracted data was analyzed twice.Meta-analysis was conducted on the expression of SEPT2 in colorectal cancer tissues.Survival analysis was performed in the TCGA data to verify the correlation of prognosis.Results A total of 438 research results of different types were collected in the Oncomine database.A total of 13 studies were on the expression of SEPT2 in colorectal cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues.A total of 1139 samples were collected.Compared with the control group,SEPT2 was found to be highly expressed in colorectal cancer tissues(P=2.45×10^(-4)).In the TCGA CRC study,the mRNA expression of SEPT2 was correlated with the overall survival rate of colorectal cancer,i.e.,there was no significant difference in overall survival rate and expression of SEPT2 from follow-up to before 313 days(P=0.3764).After 313 days,the patients with higher SEPT2 expression had a poorer prognosis(P=0.0414).Conclusion By searching the information about colorectal cancer-related gene chips in the Oncomine database,it is found that SEPT2 is highly expressed in colorectal cancer tissues and is related to the prognosis of patients.This conclusion provides a basis for the prognosis of colorectal cancer patients in the future.It also provides an important theoretical basis for the research and development of related tumor drugs.
