自制中药凝胶剂在产后子宫复旧不良中的应用

Application of self-made Chinese materia medica gel in adverse postpartum uterine involution

目的探讨自制中药凝胶剂在预防产后子宫复旧不良中的应用效果。方法选取2018年7月至2019年6月温州医科大学附属嘉兴市妇女儿童医院自然分娩产妇92例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各46例,对照组采用中药散剂,试验组采用自制中药凝胶制剂,观察产后3 d两组产妇子宫复旧各项指标及满意度情况。结果试验组子宫复旧情况(宫底高宽)、阴道出血量、VAS评分、试验组分娩后住院天数短于对照组,满意度评分、接受度评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=7.934,5.532,6.063,3.934,5.532,6.063,P<0.05)。结论自制中药凝胶制剂可预防产后子宫复旧不良,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the application efficacy of self-made Chinese materia medica gel in preventing adverse postpartum uterine involution.Methods A total of 92 puerperae admitted to Jiaxing Women and Children Hospital Affiliated to Wenzhou Medical University from July 2018 to June 2019 were selected,and they were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=46)and the control group(n=46).The control group was treated with Chinese materia medica powder,while the experimental group was treated with self-made Chinese materia medica gel preparation.The indices and satisfaction of uterine involution of the two groups of puerperae were observed for 3 days after delivery.Results The uterine involution(height and width of uterine fundus),vaginal hemorrhage volume and VAS score in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the length of hospitalization time in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,while the satisfaction score and acceptance score were higher than those in the control group respectively,with statistically significant differences(t=7.934,5.532,6.063,3.934,5.532,6.063,P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made Chinese materia medica gel preparation can prevent adverse postpartum uterine involution and has clinical application value.
