双柏散外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of Shuangbai Powder external application treatment on acute gouty arthritis

目的探讨双柏散外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床效果。方法将2019年10月至2020年9月来山东省运动康复研究中心治疗的急性痛风性关节炎患者121例随机分为两组,其中研究组61例,对照组60例,给予两组患者常规生活指导,对照组给予常规治疗(布洛芬缓释胶囊、碳酸氢钠片治疗),研究组在常规治疗基础上用双柏散外敷治疗,连续治疗7 d后比较临床疗效,比较两组治疗前后VAS评分、临床症状积分、血尿酸水平。结果研究组总有效率为95.08%,高于对照组的80.00%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗后两组VAS评分、临床症状积分均明显低于治疗前,研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗后两组血尿酸水平均低于治疗前,研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论双柏散外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎可有效改善患者的临床症状,缓解疼痛程度,降低血尿酸水平,改善预后。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shuangbai Powder external application treatment on acute gouty arthritis.Methods A total of 121 patients with acute gouty arthritis who were treated in Shandong Sports Rehabilitation Research Center from October 2019 to September 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,including 61 patients in the study group and 60 patients in the control group.Patients in the two groups were given routine life guidance.The control group was given routine treatment(ibuprofen sustained-release capsule,sodium bicarbonate tablet treatment),and the study group was treated with external application of Shuangbai Powder on the basis of routine treatment.After consecutive 7 days of treatment,the clinical efficacy was compared,and the VAS scores,clinical symptom scores and blood uric acid levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.08%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores and clinical symptom scores in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,while those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood uric acid levels in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and that in the study group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Shuangbai Powder external application in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,relieve pain,reduce the blood uric acid level,and improve the prognosis.
