宁波市江北区三年内原发性青光眼发病情况

The incidence of primary glaucoma within three years in Jiangbei District,Ningbo City

目的利用病历资料分析宁波市江北区三年内原发性青光眼的诊断和治疗情况。方法查阅2015年6月至2018年6月间户口地址为宁波市江北区且确诊为原发性青光眼的患者病历资料,统计并分析其诊治情况。结果本区三年来平均人口247743名,新诊断为原发性青光眼患者309例,年龄32~88岁,平均(65.3±6.1)岁,其中男120例,女189例,男女比例为1∶1.575;急性闭角型青光眼108例(35.0%),慢性闭角型青光眼93例(30.1%),开角型青光眼(高眼压型)73例(23.6%),正常眼压型青光眼35例,11.3%;合并有高血压者174例(56.3%),合并有糖尿病者60例(19.4%),同时合并有高血压和糖尿病者48例(15.5%)。治疗措施主要包括药物、手术或激光等。结论宁波市江北区三年内原发性青光眼的发病率约为0.12%(实际应更高),以闭角型青光眼为主,多数合并有高血压和(或)糖尿病。

Objective To analyze the diagnosis and treatment of primary glaucoma within three years in Jiangbei District,Ningbo City using medical record data.Methods The medical record data from June 2015 to June 2018 of patients whose household address were Jiangbei District,Ningbo City and who were diagnosed with primary glaucoma were reviewed,and their diagnosis and treatment conditions were statistically analyzed.Results In the past three years,the average population in the district was 247743.There were 309 newly diagnosed primary glaucoma patients.The patients were 32 to 88 years old,with an average of(65.3±6.1)years old.In the 309 patients,there were 120 males and 189 females,with the male to female ratio of 1∶1.575.There were 108 cases of acute angle-closure glaucoma,accounting for 35.0%,93 cases of chronic angle-closure glaucoma,accounting for 30.1%,73 cases of open-angle glaucoma(high tension type),accounting for 23.6%,and 35 cases of normal tension glaucoma,accounting for 11.3%.Meanwhile,there were 174 cases combined with hypertension,accounting for 56.3%,60 cases combined with diabetes,accounting for 19.4%,and 48 cases combined with hypertension and diabetes,accounting for 15.5%.Treatment measures mainly included drugs,surgery or lasers,etc.Conclusion The incidence of primary glaucoma within three years in Jiangbei District,Ningbo City is about 0.12%(the real incidence may be higher),mainly angle-closure glaucoma,and most of the syndromes are combined with hypertension or/and diabetes.
