新发展理念视域下体医融合的路径选择

Path Selection of Integration of Sports and Medical from the Perspective of New Development Concept

在以“全民健身国家战略”“健康中国行动”“推动健康革命”等为关键词的发展战略背景下,新时代体医融合应以创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的新发展理念为指导,全方位、全生命周期维护人民健康并推动形成健康服务新业态新模式。提出路径:创新驱动发展,形成理念、技术、资源“三融合”发展模式;全面协调发展,形成政府、社会组织、市场组织齐参与的共治格局;绿色人本发展,落实以促进健康为中心的大健康观、大卫生观;对外开放发展,聚焦“引进来”和“走出去”双管齐下;共建共享发展,让改革发展成果更加公平更加充分造福全体人民。

Under the development strategy background with the key words of “National Fitness Strategy”,“Healthy China Action” and “Promoting Healthy Revolution”,the integration of sports and medical in the new era should be guided by the new development concept of innovation, coordination, greenness, openness and sharing, and maintain people’s health in all directions and in the whole life cycle, and promote the new forms and modes of health service.Proposed path: innovation-driven development, forming a “three-aspect integration” development model of concept, technology, and resources;comprehensive and coordinated development, forming a co-governance pattern with the participation of government, social organizations, and market organizations;green human-oriented development, implementing the big health concept and big hygiene concept of health promotion as the center;opening to the outside world and focusing on the two-pronged approach of “bringing in” and“going out”;building and sharing development together to make the results of reform and development more equitable and more fully beneficial to all people.
