摘要
2020年,新冠肺炎疫情爆发,使依托旅游业生存的民宿行业受到了巨大的冲击。虽然目前国内疫情已经得到有效的控制,但是新冠病毒可能会与人类长期共存,民宿从业者们也意识到规避风险的重要性。文章首先阐述了我国民宿业蓬勃发展的三个阶段,从而总结出民宿发展过程中存在的四个方面的问题。然后,在此基础上,从三个层面探讨挑战与机遇并存的后疫情时代,民宿行业的发展趋势,即品牌化管理、产业化营销、集群化运营。最后,结合疫情与民宿发展需求,论述民宿设计的策略,以求促进民宿行业健康可持续发展。
In 2020,The outbreak of the COVID-19 caused a huge impact on the homestay industry relying on the tourism industry to survive.Although the current domestic epidemic has been effectively controlled,the new crown virus may coexist with humans for a long time,and homestay practitioners are also aware of the importance of avoiding risks.The article first expounds the three stages of the vigorous development of homestays in my country,and summarizes the four problems in the development of homestays.Then,on this basis,discuss the development trend of the homestay industry in the post-epidemic era where challenges and opportunities coexist from three levels,namely brand management,industrial marketing,and cluster operation.Finally,combining the epidemic situation and the development needs of homestays,discuss the strategies of homestay design in order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the homestay industry.
